About me and my practice

I have been running my business for 6 years.
Offering video sessions makes counselling more accessible and I can work with clients who are not in my local area.
I am approachable,kind,caring and show empathy and understanding for your situation.
I hope to create a safe and trusting space where you are free to be yourself and to open up so you can achieve more awareness and understanding of the issues you need to work on.
The counselling relationship is key and asks for honesty on both sides.

Experience

16 years post qualification.
I have worked in colleges,hospitals and community settings.
I hsve a diverse background working with as young as 12 years old right through to clients in their 80"s.
I work with helping you navigate your grief.
Also identify,depression,anxiety,trauma,sexual abuse,emotional neglect,relationship and family issues.
